I’m Christen — a coach, creator, and Human Design guide based in Austin, TX. My work blends years of experience in personal development, mindset coaching, and leadership — including my time as Chief of Staff for Take the Lead, a women's leadership nonprofit founded by former Planned Parenthood president Gloria Feldt.
I began coaching after my own journey through deep self-healing and learning how to navigate life with more awareness, curiosity, and compassion. More recently, Human Design has become a powerful tool in that process — helping me understand my energy, my patterns, and how to realign with myself. Now, I share the tools that helped me: gentle, intentional resources to support clarity, connection, and self-trust.
